Louise and her team were exactly what we needed in the lead up to and on our wedding day. I had searched Facebook groups looking for local babysitters, fighting with the decision of whether or not to encourage kids and how much support to lend to our friends and families to find help on the day if we decided not to. I was hopeful when my partner found and sent me Louise’s contact details and so grateful that she responded quickly, professionally and as she reassured me that she and her team would be there for us in exactly the way we needed. It was helpful to have the tips Louise shared and know what to communicate to parents who would be bringing little ones before the day. Then on the day, Louise and her team were on time, easily identifiable, cheerful, friendly and did an amazing job helping little ones settle and providing them a safe environment to play or nap or do whatever made them most comfortable away from parents who could be fully present to enjoy our speeches, dinner and reception. I’m so glad we hired Louise and her team, and would highly recommend going for it to anyone who is on the fence about making the decision! Even parents who told us beforehand they would be fine with no babysitter, were so grateful and told us afterward how wonderful it was to have the option there – it really feels like it made a big difference to helping those friends and family relax and enjoy our day, which is exactly what we wanted!
